Amen to that. And having wan Chuck Berries is an unforgivable sin. Have you ever heard any of Leon Russell's Dylans? He and Jerry are my faves.

Frankly it's more fun denigrating 86 than listening to it.

Usually with Dylan, the closer he is to his initial versions of his songs, the better . "Johanna," as he performed it on "Blonde on Blonde",an around then, is sacred territory for me . I saw him perform it once around the time of "Oh Mercy," at the Greek in LA . I wish I didn't ...

I will try it but tonight I go to Lewis Black with my boy.

I remember this clip. It was broadcast live on PBS. He and the band were awesome. Mad Dogs and Englishmen!
